1. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
The prices listed on Arctic Apparel include the statutory value added tax.
Shipping is free. If we cannot deliver your order in full and must split it between subsequent deliveries, there will be no additional shipping costs for subsequent deliveries.
2. ORDERING / CONTRACT FORMATION
You can order on Arctic Apparel or by phone.
When you have placed your order and have given us your email address, you will receive a confirmation by email. If for any reason we are unable to complete the order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for the order, we will refund the corresponding amount using the payment method that you used. If for any reason other arrangements need to be made, our client advisors will contact you to arrange repayment.
3. DELIVERY
Arctic Apparel takes the greatest care when accepting and processing orders and will deliver your order to a private address with the delivery service, depending on the country you have selected.
Arctic Apparel strives to deliver the items as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received. Our goal is for delivery within two to four days after receipt of the order confirmation. Although we strive to deliver within the specified time period, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that the delivery time is longer than 30 days, you may cancel the order.
When you have placed your order and furnished us with your email address you will receive a confirmation email with the delivery times.

4. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us (Jasmin Alibegić, s.p., Gostičeva cesta 49A, Nožice, 1235 Radomlje, Slovenia, e-mail: [email protected]), by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, however.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will immediately refund you all payments that we have received from you (with the exception of the additional costs that result from you having chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery we offer) at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You have to return the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to us at:

The deadline is met if you send out the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
General Information
Please avoid damage and soiling of the product. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging, if possible, with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect, as such deliveries will be automatically rejected.
